What kind of oil do you use?
Canola oil, no nuts (nut allergies safe here)
Do you have vegetarian or vegan options?
We have delicious CAULINUGGS (limited availability) if they’re available online, then they are available in store. Our vegetarian sides include our creamy mac, collard greens, corn, slaw and our seasoned fries.
Do you use dairy in your chicken?
No dairy in our chicken, but many of our sides and sauces do have dairy. And our fries use milk powder. Feel free to ask us if you need more clarification!
Do you have gluten free options?
Sadly gluten is a star ingredient in our fried chicken, but we do offer some gluten free sides. Try our collard greens, tangy slaw and carnival corn.
Is your fried chicken spicy?
Our golden brown chicken isn't spicy, however we do offer spicy chicken on our 1-4 star rating. Anything after 2 - we are trying to make ya sweat.
Do you have a secret menu?
We have a secret 5th star on our spice chart- try it if you’re brave enough! We recommend working your way up to it. Not available online, only available in store. We need to make sure you’re up for the challenge first.
Do you deliver?
Hell yeah! We are on both Doordash and UberEats, ready to bring hot food to your doorstep. Hopefully we are in your radius.
Do you cater?
Yes, inquire on our catering page and we will help ya out!
Are you mobile?
Yes, we have our catering van, “Tron” and we could literally fry chicken on the side of a mountain for ya if you ask.
Can I order takeout?
Yes, but if you try to call during a dinner service, we recommend ordering online for the best experience.
What happened to your food truck in Seabrook?
It got swept into the ocean. JK, we retired the truck after 2 seasons so we could fry more chicken in the big city.

Can I bring my dog into the restaurant?
Only if they’re chill.
Do you sell out a lot?
We process up to 400 pounds of chicken a day - we are pretty locked and loaded and ready to feed ya.
Why is it called “Cookie’s”?
Cookie was the nickname given to our owner when he cooked on boats. The captain would come down every morning and ask - “What are ya cookin’ Cookie?”
Do you sell cookies?
Sadly, no. Only delicious, golden, crispy fried chicken.
